Terms of sale
The short version: the price you see is the price you pay, in cash at your door or by JazzCash or Easypaisa, and we confirm every order with you first.
Orders
Placing an order on nimaya.pk is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm your order on WhatsApp or by phone. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot reach you, the address is incomplete, or the product is out of stock. If you paid in advance for an order we cancel, we refund it in full to the same JazzCash or Easypaisa account.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include all taxes we charge. The delivery charge is shown before you place the order. You can pay cash on delivery to the courier’s rider, or in advance by JazzCash or Easypaisa; we share the account details on WhatsApp and dispatch once the payment arrives.

Using the product
Nimaya products are cosmetics for external use. Read the label, follow the directions and cautions, and patch test if your skin is sensitive. Stop using it if irritation appears. Our descriptions are general information, not medical advice.
