We collect what we need to deliver your order and answer your messages, and nothing we would be uncomfortable explaining here.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, mobile number (and a second number if you add one), email if you give it, city, delivery address, any notes, and what you bought.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your name, number and messages, kept in our WhatsApp account.
- Your cart: a small cookie (nmy_cart) remembers what is in your cart for up to 14 days. It is set only when you add something.
- Server logs: our web host records standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.
Why we use it
To confirm, pack and deliver your order through a courier, to contact you about that order, to answer your questions, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
Our team, and the courier company that delivers your parcel (name, phone, address and the amount to collect). Our web host stores the site and order records.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounts and customer service, and no longer than three years. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months.
Your choices
